Step-by-step explanation:

from given information

a*b = a×b + (a×a + b×b)

so (-3)*(-5) = (-3)×(-5) + ((-3)×(-3) + (-5)×(-5))  = 15 + (9 +25)

  = 15 + 34

(-3)*(-5) = 49

(-6)*2 = (-6)×2 + ((-6)×(-6) + 2×2)

  (-12) + (36 + 4)  = -12 + 40(-6)*2 = 28
