If the left side of the heart is filled with deoxygenated blood, then the organs will not perfuse which will lead to Multi-Organ System Failure.

This can happen with such congenital heart problems such as ASD, VSD, Tetrology of fallot and more often with Transposition of the Greater Arteries. TGA is where the Aorta & Pulmonary Artery have been switched and forces deoxygenated blood to pass through the organs causing death by completely killing all the organs in the body. This can be averted but it's almost always deadly

If the left side of our heart chamber is filled with deoxygenated blood then it will have a very bad impact on our circulatory system. Blood circulation will  destroy. Percentage of oxygen in blood will decrease, as a result it may collapse our circulatory system.
