if length and breadth of rectangular field is 5m and 18m respectively . find perimeter and area of the field .​

see,

since perimeter of a rectangle =2(length + breadth)

therefore perimeter =2(5+18)

                                 =2(23)

                                  =46m

and

area of a rectangle of a rectangle =length x breadth

area= 5m x 18m

      = $90m^{2}$

the answer is:

area of the rectangle = $90m^{2}$

perimeter of the rectangle=46m
