If log base 10 (log x base 10 ) = 1, then find the value of x.

Answer:

log₁₀(log₁₀x) = 1

log₁₀(log₁₀x) = log₁₀(10)      As  log₁₀(10) = 1

or, log₁₀x = 10                    Eliminating log from both sides

or, log₁₀x = log(10^{10})           As,  log₁₀(10^{10}) = 10 log₁₀(10) = 10

or, x = 10^{10}                          Eliminating log from both sides

So, the value of x is  10^{10}
