Heya mate here is your answer with explanation...

=> m-1/m = 5

=>m^2-1 = 5

=> m^2 = 5+1

=> m^2 = 6

=> m =√6

=> m = 2√3

And now,

= m^2-1/m^2
=m^4 - 1
=( 2√3)^4 - 1
=( 16 ×9) - 1
= 144-1
= 143
Therefore, m^2 - 1 / m^2 = 143
