Hi ,

If m = 3 ,

m² + 1 = 3² +1 = 9 + 1 = 10

m² - 1 = 3² - 1 = 9 - 1 = 8

2m = 2 × 3 = 6

Therefore ,

Required triplet = ( 6 , 8 , 10 )

I hope this helps you.
