hey friend

here is your answer

3x² + 11x - 4 = 0
sum of the zeroes=α + β
                            =-b/a
                            =-11/3
product of the zeroes = αβ
                                   =c/ a
                                   =-4/3
m/n + n/m = m² +n ²/ mn
                 = (m+n)² - 2mn /-4/3
                 =(- 11/3)² - 2 x -4/3 / -4/3
                 =121/9 + 8/3 / -4/3
                 =121 +24 /9 /-4/3
                 =145 / 9 /-4/3
                 =145 / 9 x -3 /4
                 =-145 /12

hope it helps
