If manufacture gains 10%, the wholesale deales 15%,the retailer 25%. That what is the production cost of a washing machine whose retail price ₹3795

let the production price be x
So the sp of manufacturer=110x/100
So sp of the wholeseller= (115/100)*(110x/100)
and sp of the retailer=(125/100)*(115/100)*(110x/10)==3795
                                     ⇒x=2400

let the production cost be Rs x
The cost to wholesaler is 1.1x
Cost to retailer is 1.15(1.1x)=1.265x
selling price=1.25(1.265)x=3795
                             ⇒     x=3795/1.58125=2400
production cost is  Rs 2400
