If mass of the planet is 10% less than that of earth and radius of the planet is 20% greater than of earth then the weight of 40 kg person on the planet

Yes you can find as under:

We know g is proportional to mass and inversely proportional to the square of the radius of a planet

Now according to your question mass is 10% less

And radius 20% greater that of earth

Then the value of g at that planet becomes .625 of what it's on the earth

Now a person weighs 40KG will weighs 40*.625=25KG

So the person that was weighing 40KG will weighs 25 kG at an alien planet
