Yes , there is no doubt that maths is the soul of technical studies because every thing ranging from small measurements to the building of huge infrastructures and machines , the maths is needed at every point.

YES according to me mathematics is a soul of technical study .
To start with - " Mathematics is all around, everywhere we go."
Mathematics is used everywhere starting from biology,chemistry,physics......
It is said that World without Maths is like a body without soul.
It's not at all an illogical subject like social science......I HATE SOCIAL SCIENCE..!!! ;P
It's quite tough to master the subject but once you get its perfect knowledge is like you get your personal servant.
Once we get the great knowledge about it.......it would be like a child's play....!!!
Mathematics is indeed a language of universe.Our ancestors were also fascinated with math and most of the wonders of the world are mathematical wonders....!!!
For some people it is the most beautiful thing ever anything would be.....!!!
Those are real mathematicians and those people who are driven into the field of research.
Even mathematics is used in our everyday life......
Ensures that the shopkeeper doesn't cheats you....etc
Neither can be as tough as maths nor anything can be as playful as maths...!!!
