2mean+mode=3median
so mode=3median-2mean
mode=(3x15)-(2x16)
mode=45-32
mode=13

Answer:

Mode  = 13

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Median  = 15

Mean = 16

Required to find the mode

Recall the formula,

The empirical relationship between Mean, Median, and Mode is given by

Mode = 3 Median - 2 Mean

Substituting the value of median and mean

Mode = 3 Median - 2 Mean

Mode = 3× 15 - 2× 16

= 45 - 32

= 13

∴Mode  = 13
