K=p^2/2m.

Now,p' = p+0.1p =1.1p

So, K'=p'^2/2m=(1.1p)^2/2m=1.21p^2/2m

Increase in Kinetic Energy = K'-K = 0.21p^2/2m

% increase = Increase / Initial * 100%

= 0.21 * 100% = 21%
