let the momentum of a body be p
p= √2mK
p1= √2mK1
P2= √2mK2
p2² = 2mK2
P2 = 2mK2
4p1² = 2mk2
k2= 2p1²/m
k1 = p1²/2m
for God's sake just take p1 and m= 1
k1 = 1/2
K2 = 2/1
increase = 2-0.5 = 1.5
% increase = 1.5/0.5 * 100 = 300 %
