n((AUB)') = n(U) - n(AUB)

18 = 50 - n(AUB)

n(AUB) = 32

n(AUB) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A∩B)

32 = 20 + n(B) - n(A∩B)

12 = n(B) - n(A∩B)

if draw two overlapping circles, B but not A∩B is the same as B but not A, which is n(B-A)

so 12 = n(B-A)
