If Noble gases can't accept electrons then why do they have even positive values of electron gain enth....??

Few noble gases can accept electrons like Xenon but they need very high amounts of energy, hence their EG is highly positive.

Few of noble gases like xenon and argon can accept electrons but they do so when they are provided sufficient energy so they have positive electron gain enthalpy
