Answer :-

  • Other two angles are 48° and 60° respectively.

Given :-

  • One angle of a triangle is 72° and the difference of the other two angels is 12°.

To Find :-

  • Other angles.

Solution :-

Let

  • One angle of the triangle be x
  • Other triangle will be x + 12

Difference of the two angles is 12

Here

  • One angle is given as 72°

As we know that

Sum of all angles of a triangle is 180°.

According to question :-

⇒ 72 + x + x + 12 = 180

⇒ 72 + 2x + 12 = 180

⇒ 72 + 12 + 2x = 180

⇒ 84 + 2x = 180

⇒ 2x = 180 - 84

⇒ 2x = 96

⇒ x = 96/2

⇒ x = 48

Now

  • First angle = x = 48°
  • Second angle = x + 12 = 48 + 12 = 60°

Hence, the other two angles are 48° and 60° respectively.
