Option ( d ) is correct.

Explanation :

Given

Quadratic equation kx²-7x+3=0

and 3 is one root of above equation.

Therefore ,

put x = 3 in the equation , we get

k × ( 3² ) - 7( 3 ) + 3 = 0

=> 9k - 21 + 3 = 0

=> 9k - 18 = 0

=> 9k = 18

=> k = 18/9

=> k = 2
