1 root=2

3(2∧2)-2p-2=0
3*4-2=2p
2p=12-2
p=10/2
p=5
3x∧2-5x-2=0
3x∧2-6x+x-2=0
3x(x-2)+1(x-2)=0
(x-2)(3x+1)=0
x=-1/3(2nd root)

Answer:

 {x}^{2}  - 3x + 2 = 0 \\ if \: one \: root \: of \: the \: eqution \: is \: 2 \: then \: the \: value \: of \: x \: will \: satisfy \: the \: eqution -  \\ on \: putting \: x  = 2 \\ we \: get \:  {2}^{2}  - 3 \times 2 + 2 = 0 \\ 4 - 6 + 4 = 0 \\  - 6 = 0 \\ the \:  \: another \: value \: of \: x \: is \:  - 6
