Hi there !

Let α and  \frac{1}{ \alpha } be the zeroes of p[x] .

Product of zeroes = c/a =  \frac{3p}{ p^{2} + 2 }
      \frac{3p}{ p^{2} + 2 }       =  α  ×   \frac{1}{ \alpha }
          \frac{3p}{ p^{2} + 2 }  = 1

cross multplication :-

p
²  + 2 = 3p

p
²  -3p + 2 = 0

splitting the middle terms :-

p
²  -2p -p + 2

p [ p - 2 ] - 1 [ p - 2 ]

[ p - 1 ] [ p - 2 ]

value of p :-
 p = 1 , p = 2
