x×x-x-(2+2k)=-4

xx-x-2-2k=-4

2k=x×x+2

k=x×x

f(x)=x²−x−(2+2k)

one zero is −4

⇒ f(−4)=0

⇒ (−4)²−(−4)−(2+2k)=0

⇒ 16+4=2+2k

⇒ 18=2k

⇒ k=9
