Given One Zero is reciprocal of other.
So let a be the first Zero
Then 1/a will be the Second Zero.

• Product of Zeros

 =  \frac{constant \: term}{coefficient \: of \:  {x}^{2} }

a \times  \frac{1}{a}  =  \frac{ - p}{5}
5 = -p

p = - 5
