5z2+13z-p

here

a=5

b=13

c=-p

since the zeroes are reciprocal to each other.

therefore their product must be1 .

=> c/a = 1

=> -p/a = 1

=> -p = 5

=> p= -5

therefore the value of p is -5

HOPE IT HELPS :)

Answer:

in given equation a =5 b=13 and c= - p

Let the one zero be a

and it's reciprocal means other zero 1/a

product of zeroes means a×(1/a)= c/ a

1= -p/5

5= -p

or p= -5

....hope it helps you....
