p(x)=(a^2+9)x^2+13x+6a
let one of the zero of the polynomial p(x) be m then another be 1/m
now
products of zeroes =c/a
m×1/m=6a/a^2+9
1=6a/a^2+9
a^2+9=6a
a^2-6a=-9
a (a-6)=-9
a=-3 or 0
hope!it help you..
