Let's assume that the two zeros be α and (1/α)

Now In case of polynomial ax²+bx+c=0
product of zeros = (c/a) 

so in polynomial ax²+15x+6=0
productof zeros = α(1/α) = (6/a)

1=(6/a)
a=6
