if Oxygen is more in the air what will happen

oxygen nearly 23 percent in air. this oxygen is used by humans and animals .if oxygen increases this will push the amount of other important gases like carbon dioxide which is used by plants and trees ....if oxygen increases to much fires would be more prone to happen and they would be much more difficult extinguish
