multiply (1) by 100 , we get

=> 100p = 23.232323...---(2)

subtract (1) from (2) ,we get

=> 99p = 23

=> 99p = 23

=> p = 23/99

multiply both sides by 198 , we get

=>198 p = (23×198)/99

=> 198p = 23 × 2

=> 198p = 46 ( Integer )

Therefore,

p is multiplied by 198 , so that

the product is always an integer.
