If (p -1), (p + 3), (3p – 1) are in A.P, then find the value of p.​

If three numbers a,b,c are in AP

then 2b= a+c

so

2(p+3)= p-1+3p-1

2p+6= 4p-2

6+2= 4p-2p

8= 2p

p= 4

Also the numbers are 3,7,11 with common difference 4
