P-1,p+3,&3p-1

It is an Ap so common difference is equal.

A2-a1=a3-a2

P+3-(p-1)=3p-1-(p+3)
P+3-p+1=3p-1-p-3
4=2p-4
4+4=2p
8=2p,p=4
