Your Question is:

 -  {p}^{3}  - 4p + 7

Solution:

Here we are given the value of p which is

p =  - 2

Now substituting this value of p in the given equation we get,

 -  {p}^{3}  - 4p + 7 \\  =  - ( { - 2}^{3} ) - 4( - 2) + 7 \\  = 8 + 8 + 7 \\  = 23

There the value of p=23
