Heyyyy mate....

here is your answer..

given, P= 7-4√3

then, p^²+1/7p=.............eq 1

keeping value of P in eq 1

(7-4√3)^²+1/7×7-4√3

49-48+1/7×7-4√3

8/7×7-4√3

first of all

7+4 sqrt(3)

=4+2 sqrt (3)+2 sqrt (3) +3
=(2+ sqrt (3)^2

now,
_/x +1_/x=(x+1)/ sqrt (x), substitute 7+4sqrt (3)for n:
=[(7+4 sqrt(3) +1)/sqrt (7+4 sqrt (3)]

collect all terms :
[(8+4 sqrt (3) )/(2+sqrt (3)]
factor the numerator
=4 [(2+sqrt (3)/ (2+sqrt+(3)]
=4 (1)
=4
