if p= -8/27, q= 3/4 and r= -12/15 then verify p×(q*r)=(p×q)×r

In the verification we should use "BODMAS" rule

BO = open bracket

D = division

M = multiplication

A = addition

S = subtraction

Note that ( * ) same meaning in math as ( × )

Then

p × (q × r ) = (p ×  q) × r

\frac{-8}{ 27} × ( \frac{3}{4} × \frac{-12}{15} ) = ( \frac{-8}{27} × \frac{3}{4} ) × \frac{-12}{15}

\frac{-8}{27} × \frac{-3}{5} = \frac{-2}{9} × \frac{-12}{15}

8/45 = 8/45

        Hence verified
