According to given,
(9a-2, -b) = ((24a +3a +1)/4, (15-3)/4)
So, -b - 12/4 = 3 or b = -3
Again, 4(9a - 2) = 27a + 1
or, 36a - 2 = 27a +1
or, 9a = 3
or, a = 1/3
Answer: a = 1/3 and b=-3
