Its very easy

Explanation:

the sum is pq+p+q+pq-p-p=2pq

and product is p²q²-(p+q)²

as p and q are roots of the equation x^2 -bx+c

pq=c

p+q=b

So above product in terms of b and c is c^2-b^2

and sum is 2c

So equation is x^2-2cx+c²-b²
