polynomial are given = x2 - 5x + 4 .
p + p = 5 ....(1) - ( coff. of x / coff. of x2 )
and ,
pq = 4 ( constant term / coff. of x2 )
( p- q ) 2 = ( p+ q ) 2 - 4 pq
we find p - q = 3 . ----- ( 2 )
From 1 st and 2 nd equation we get value of p and q 4 & 1 respectively .
Now Find p2 q =( 4)2 × 1 = 16.
q 2 p = 1 × 4 = 4 .
