IF P is the midpoint of AB and Q is the midpoint of AP. If AQ =1cm, then find (1) l(QP), (2) l(PB), (3) l(QB), (4) l(AB)

If P is the mid point of AB, then AP=PB

Given AB=9cm

⇒AP+PB=9

⇒AP+AP=9 (Since AP=PB)

⇒2AP=9

⇒AP=29

⇒AP=4.5cm
