p (x)=6x^2-5x-1

p (-1) = 6(-1)^2 - 5(-1) - 1

or, p(-1) = 6+5-1 = 10

so, 3p(-1) = 3×10 = 30

p(0) = 6(0)^2 - 5(0) - 1

or, p(0) = 0 - 1 = -1

so, 2p(0) = 2×(-1)= -2

So, 3p (-1)+2p (0) = 30 + (-2) = 28
