p(x) = x² – 2√2x + 1
p(2√3) = (2√3)² – 2√2(2√3) + 1
= 12 – 4√6 + 1
= 13 – 4√6

Here is your answer
p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{2} x + 1 \\ find \: p(2 \sqrt{3} ) \:  \: which \: is \\  = (2 \sqrt{3} ) {}^{2}  - 2 \sqrt{2}  \times 2 \sqrt{3}  + 1 \\  = 12 - 4 \sqrt{6}  + 1 \\  = 13 - 4 \sqrt{6}
