If p(x)=x^3-3x^2+7x+1 then find. a.P(3) b.p(2)

P(X) = X³ - 3X² + 7X + 1

P(3) = (3)³ - 3 × (3)² + 7 × 3 + 1

=> 26 - 3 × 9 + 21 + 1

=> 27 - 27 + 22

=> 22



P(2) = (2)³ - 3 × (2)² + 7 × 2 + 1

=> 8 - 12 + 14 + 1

=> 8 - 12 + 15

=>11

put x=3 then p(3)=27-27+21+1
so p(3)=22
put x=2 then p(2)=8-12+14+1
so p(2)=11
