if p(x)=x+4. then p(x)+p(-x)=? please answer immediately

p(-x)= -x+4
p(x)+p(-x)= x+4-x+4= 8

let x=1

then p (1)=1+4=5

now -x=-1

p (-1)= -1+4=3

p (1)+p (-1)=5+3=8

wheb we put 2,3 then the result come 8 ......
