p(2)=2^3+3×2^2-2×2+4
p(2)=8+12-4+4
p(2)=24-4
p(2)=20

p(-2)=-2^3+3×-2^2-2×-2+4
p(-2)=-8+12+4+4
p(-2)=20-8
p(-2)=12

p(0)=0^3+3×0^2-2×0+4
p(0)=0+0+0+4
p(0)=4

P(x) = x³ + 3x² - 2x + 4

P(2) = 2³ + 3(2)² - 2(2) + 4
= 8+3(4)-4+4
= 8+12-4+4
= 20

P(-2) = (-2)³ + 3(-2)² - 2(-2) + 4
= -8+3(4)+4+4
= -8+12+8
= 12

P(0) = 0³+3(0)²-2(0)+4
= 0+0-0+4
= 4

P(2) + P(-2) - P(0) = 20 + 12 - 4
= 32 - 4
= 28

Hope it helps
