if parents are not having green eyes then how can offspring inherit green eyes
also tell why colour of green eyes change

according to Mendel's law of dominant, recessive traits are shown in F2 generation.
so the grandparents green color eyes trait might be recessive in F1 generation but in F2 generation recessive characteristics of F1 generation are always shown.

There are two gene coming from each parent, only one of which (the dominant one that is) gives the eye color, for example let one be of green and other of brown, as brown is dominant, the parent has brown eyes. Later when the parents make 'love', the parent may pass green or the brown gene, if both parents somehow passed green gene then eyes will surely be green
