OP = OQ (Radius of Circle)

Ang. OPQ = Ang. OQP = x (let)

Now, x + x + 70 = 180

2x = 110

x = 55°

Therefore, Ang. OPQ = 55°

As TP is a tangent,

So, Ang. OPT = 90°

Now, Ang. TPQ = 90 - 55°

Ang. TPQ = 35°.
