if potential difference is directly proportional to resistance .and if resistance increases in the circuit then current will decreases so how can we say that potential difference is directly proportional to current. is this the violation of Ohm's Law?

Explanation:

According to Ohm's law, potential difference is directly proportional to current in the circuit. The constant of proportion is called resistance. Now we know resistance increases with the increase of temperature. So, we can conclude that the potential difference across the ends of a resistor is directly proportional to the current through it, provided its temperature remains the same.
