By applying $\textbf{BPT Theorem}$, we get

AP/PB = AQ/QC

3/5 = 2.1/QC

QC = (2.1 × 5)/3

QC = 3.5 cm

Now,

AC = AQ + QC
AC = 2.1 + 3.5
