Let the bigger radius be R=28 cm
and the smaller radius be r=7 cm
The height h=48cm

The capacity of bucket= π/3h(R^2+r^2+Rxr)

 \frac{22}{7} \div 3 \times 48( {28}^{2} + {7}^{2} + 28 \times 7)

=3.14/3x48(784+49+196)
=1.04x48x1029
=51367.68
