Here r=h

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

Volume of sphere = \frac{4}{3}πr³

it can be written as 4/3 πr²h

since r = h

Thus a cylinder can hold more

Because the volume of sphere is 4/3 of the volume of cylinder

ANSWER - CYLINDER
