Where. G - is gravitational constant

M - mass of earth

r. = radius of earth

New radius = r/2

New mass = 3M

Now

g' =  \frac{3GM}{( \frac{r}{2}) {}^{2}  }  \\  \\  =  \frac{3GM}{ \frac{ {r}^{2} }{4} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{3GM}{ {r}^{2} }  \times 4 \\  \\  = 12  \times \frac{GM}{r {}^{2} }  \\  \\  g' = 12 \times (g)
