If radius of earth is reduced keeping its mass constant then weight of a body on its surface will increase as the gravitational pull of earth will increase.

Gravitational pull is inversely proportional to radius of earth. So when radius decreases, gravitational pull increases.

artisehrawat: how gravitational pull will increase ? we have reduced the value of r ?
artisehrawat: sry i got it now
Vaiarathe: Yes
artisehrawat: according to formula of G , r is inversely proportional
artisehrawat: as r will reduce g will increase automatically
artisehrawat: thanks a lot Vaiarathe
Vaiarathe: You are welcome:)
