 \sqrt{3x - 2}  = 2 \sqrt{3}  + 4 \\  {( \sqrt{3x - 2)} }^{2}  =  {(2 \sqrt{3} + 4) }^{2}  \\ 3x - 2 = 12 + 16 + 16 \sqrt{3}  \\ 3x = 30 + 16 \sqrt{3}  \\ x = 10 +  \frac{16 \sqrt{3} }{3}
