Do you mean 59 chocolate and 59 candy?

Dear child, the question is improper. Check it first and then give the grammatically correct question.

sagar has chocolates = 59

shared in 15 friends each 9 = 15 × 9
= 135

so it is not possible that each of 15 friends have given 9 chocolates. it is possible when there are 59 chocolates and 59 candies
